Real Harvest Foods was founded by an immigrant woman with a passion for the simple, wholesome foods she grew up with. After making Canada her new home, she was inspired by Toronto's vibrant, multicultural food scene but noticed a gap: it was hard to find truly simple, natural, and unprocessed snacks that felt both nourishing and authentic.

Driven by a desire to share the power of real ingredients, she started Real Harvest Foods right here in Toronto. The mission was clear: to source the highest quality nuts, the sweetest dried fruits, and the most nutrient-rich seeds from trusted growers—foods that were not only delicious but also honest and clean.
